Overview

The Café Racer is high tech and heavy duty inside, with the frame of a beautiful Italian motorcycle and a wealth of custom options. It is the ideal machine for high volume applications.
Temperature precision and control comes from insulated stainless steel boilers, independent for pre-heating and brewing for each group. The high-flow rotary pump ensures optimal brewing pressure is always maintained, even with all groups operating together. Soft pre-infusion allows more even extraction, and can be adjusted independently for each dose.
All the parameters, including dose volume, can be set at the group with the ultra-simple display, all without interrupting coffee service.
The Racer is factory fitted with competition standard showers and portafilter baskets in 2 sizes by IMS for Sanremo.
The final dose of style is the choice of translucent sides, Racer artwork or hand-stitched Italian leather panels, with limitless custom potential on application.
Racer is available in 2- and 3-group versions, in Naked, Freedom and Custom editions.
